Sinnott Blacktop, Inc. started in 1988 specializing in residential driveway paving by Bob Sinnott. Bob had developed a reputation as a perfectionist and this was obvious in his commitment to providing the best service possible. To that end he started doing work in pavement maintenance to further provide the best services available. What started out as a small seal coat service has evolved into a full line residential and commercial property maintenance provider. We offer a variety of services, from spring cleaning with our sweepers and water trucks, crack filling and seal coating, to patching and everything in between. With Kevin Smalley as our Maintenance Project Manager, every project will get the individual attention it deserves.
